Use

A high value has a more impact on a carrier's score and a low value has less impact on the carrier's score.

Example

You specify a KPI profile with the following KPIs:

• On-time delivery with a value of 9
• On-time pickup with a value of 5

A carrier CAR_1 has made 95 on-time deliveries out of 100 and 50 on time pickups out of a 100. A carrier CAR_2 has made 50 on-time deliveries out of 100 and 95 on-time pickups out of a 100. The system allots a higher score to CAR_1 because on-time delivery has a higher value. Therefore, CAR_1 ranks higher than CAR_2.
