Definition
Contains a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that the system uses to determine the score of a carrier.
Use
In the SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW) system, you assign KPIs to a KPI profile in the Customizing activity Define Key Performance Indicators and Profiles under Integration with Other SAP Components. In the SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) system, you assign the profile to a freight agreement RFQ master in NetWeaver Business Client under Freight Agreement Management.
The system uses the KPIs specified under these profiles to calculate a score for a carrier. In the business context viewer, the system ranks the carriers based on these scores. These rankings enable you to analyze the performance of the carriers and determine the load that specific carriers should be assigned.
