Rules for determining an employee's total entitlement (base entitlement) to an absence quota type.
Use
The base entitlement is taken as the basis for calculating the pro-rated leave entitlement or absence entitlement for each accrual period.
You can attach several subrules to a rule if you want to determine the base entitlement according to the employee's seniority or age.
