Definition

The status of an amount can either be 'Consistent' or 'Inconsistent'.

When the status is 'Consistent', the value of the amount as stored in the database is equal to that calculated from the aggregated mutation amount in a year, added to the amount of the previous year: Amount(this year) = Amount(previous year) + sum of mutations.

When the status is 'Inconsistent', the value of the famount as stored in the database is not equal to that calculated from the aggregated mutation amount in a year, added to the amount of the previous year: Amount(this year) <> Amount(previous year) + sum of mutations.
