Definition
Indicates the social insurance reduction to which the employer is entitled.
Use
You use this field to define a reduction code that applies to the employee, if applicable. The reduction is used to reduce social insurance contributions payable by the employer.
Reduction details are recorded on the job card that the employee receives from the National Employment Office (ONEM/ RVA). Job cards outline the social insurance benefits that apply when the cardholder is employed, specifying applicable reductions, allowances, validity period, and important remarks.
Note that the Maribel reduction is maintained at the employer level.
