Definition
This parameter indicates if the worker's bruto income has to be increased to serve as a base to calculate the social insurance contribution.
This rule is only applicable to the workforce.
The rule was introduced to eliminate the advantage of the workforce regarding to employees concerning the vacation payment.
The worker's vacation pay is payed by the Vacation Fund without deduction of a social insurance contribution.
For employees a personal special contribution is payed by the employer.
The increase percentage is fixed at 8% from 01/01/1993 on.

Only the values "X" or blanc are possible.
"X" = the worker's wage has to be increased by 8% to calculate the
social insurance contribution,
" " = the worker's wage is free from the increase rule.
