Documentation
Definition
Indicates a classification of employees for reporting and social insurance (SI) purposes.
Use
The value of this field is retrieved by various reports, as follows:
- Social Balance Declaration (RPCSBGB0) report, the value is stored in the declaration overview
- DmfA (RPCDMFB0) report, the value is used for further processing and is stored in the Worker code (00020 and 00037) fields of the electronic DmfA file
SI employee categories enable you to make statistical totals with regard to the social insurance declarations. Depending on the record level, the employee category can be used as follows:
- To refine the recruitment/SI status, as described in the group-subgroup properties
- To select the employees subject to a special contribution
- To identify specific reductions and additional contributions
Note that in tables combining the SI employer category and SI employee category, if the employee class is assigned a blank value, then the data specified for a particular employee category is valid for all possible employer categories.
Examples
015 Workers standard category
035 Trainees & equal industrial workers
039 Trainees & salaried employees
075 Health insurance employees
079 Early retirees with SI-ER deduction
