Definition
The mean number of active persons of a companie's plant is obtained by the sum of all employees submitted to SI contributions at the end of each three-monthly period (trimestre) divided by the number of trimestres for which the calculation refers.
Use
This number is used for the calculation of the contribution to the Factory Shutdown Fund.
