Definition

This flag indicates whether selection conditions for navigation attributes are to be transformed into selection conditions of the attribute-carrying characteristic. This is only possible with InfoProviders that do not support any navigation attributes.

Note:

If the flag "Do not transform selection conditions" is also set, the conditions (derived from the navigation attribute) on the attribute-carrying characteristic are transferred to the InfoProvider without reduction.

For example, if the restriction Gender = 'M' is triggered on the attribute #Gender# of the characteristic #Employee#, a set (that is, a complete list) of all male employees is created. If the flag "Do not transform selection conditions" is set, the complete list is transferred as a selection condition to the InfoProvider. If the flag is not set, the list is only transferred if it contains less than 100 entries. Otherwise the result is filtered again by the analytics engine.
