Definition

Object status of the update rule

The following status statements are possible:

• Switched off:

  The update rules have either not yet been activated or have been switched off manually, meaning by a user. No update is possible.

• Active, executable:

  InfoCube is active, meaning update is possible

• Inactive:

  The update rules have been switched off by the impact analysis, meaning a change or error in the subordinate objects has been established. An update is no longer possible.
  Check or activate the update rules and edit errors that occur, where necessary.

If the version of an update rule is Revised and the object status Active, executable then an update of the data takes place in the ACTIVE version for these rules.
