Use
If you set this indicator, existing requests are deleted from the InfoCube only if the new request and the request to be deleted fulfill the deletion selection criteria.
The system evaluates the date on which the request to be deleted was loaded. The exact time period is specified using an additional indicator. You can select requests from the current month, the last seven days, or requests that were loaded yesterday or today.
Note:
With this setting, the system refers to the date on which the request was loaded into the InfoCube (table RSMONICDP), and not the date on which the request was first loaded into the BW system (table RSSELDONE).
The RSSELDONE date is only used for comparison purposes if valuation of the request that is being checked is not yet completed in data package 999999 in table RSMONICDP in the InfoCube.
If you delete a request from the InfoCube and then load it into the InfoCube again from the PSA, the load date used for the comparison changes.
