The selection date refers to the load date of the request here. All requests that were loaded on that date are archived.

Only the management information for the request will be archived. The PSA data for the requests themselves will not archived.

The contents of the following tables is part of the management information:

• RS*DONE
• For example the tables RSSELONE, RSUICDONE, RSLDTDONE, RSTCPDONE, RSHIEDONE
• RSMON*
  For example the tables RSMONMESS, RSMONIPTAB, RSMONICTAB, RSMONFACT

Use

Select the date so that approximately 1,000 - 10,000 requests are written to one archive.
