Definition
After the documents for metadata are migrated to the portal KM (to a BI CM repository), the prefix of the target BI CM repository manager is entered here automatically (for example, /bi_documents). This allows you to determine from the BW back end, whether and to where the documents have been migrated.
If you do not migrate for this document class, or the entry is incorrect, enter the prefix (such as /bi_documents) under which you store the BW documents for metadata in the portal.
Use
The system interprets the field as follows:
- If the field is filled, when you jump to the document display for metadata, the documents that are displayed are the documents in the portal KM, and not the documents in the BW back end. (Exception: 3.x BEx Analyzer and 3.x Web runtime - the BW back end documents are always displayed)
- If the field is filled, the documents for metadata are created and changed using the API (function group RSOD_API), but in the portal KM and not in the BW back end (SKWF).
