Definition
You use this indicator to revoke the transaction data locks. In this mode, locks cannot be set.
Use
Never use this setting in an productive system. Each time this setting is changed, the system logs the change.
You can use this setting in the Customizing phase when the transaction data is not yet consistent and you want to avoid lock situations. Make sure that you design a lock concept for applications in which data is processed transactionally.
