Definition

Key for the current processing satus of transferred employee master data in the interface.

  • "0" Data was rejected and cannot be processed.
  • "1" Data was written to the interface for the first time.
  • "2" Data could not be processed automatically.
  • "3" Data was processed manually. The HR System created a mini-master
    record and assigned a personnel number.
  • "4" Administrator confirmed that processing of the transferred data is complete.
  • "5" Administrator confirmed that processing of additional data is complete.
  • "6" Administrator confirmation that the hiring of the new employee is complete.

Use

Statuses "1," "2," and "3" are assigned automatically.

Statuses "0," "4," "5," and "6" are set manually by the administrator.

Dependencies

This status is required for further processing or supplementing the transmitted data. A SAPoffice authorization is required for this process.
