Definition
Identification of data transfer from a subsystem using personnel numbers, external personnel actions to be performed, and sent IDocs.
Use
The subsystem assigns this number for local purposes. The SAP Personnel Master Data Interface only administrates it, and returns it when confirming the processing status. The subsystem can then use this identification to process the data further.
Dependencies
In the case of an external hiring action, the subsystem records the local personnel number in the identification number. In all other cases, the SAP HR personnel number is always used.
