Definition
Once the expiry date has been reached, the workspace cannot be used any more.
Use
The expiry date is evaluated in the "Check Workspace" function.
A notification is posted 120 days before the expiry date.
A warning is posted 60 days before the expiry date.
An error is posted 7 days before the expiry date.
