Definition

Name of a check

A check is defined in the inspection plan. It is implemented in a transformation. In the transformation, the check is a target field in the "inspection plan" data target.

Use

When implementing the check, assign the value of the checking result to the target field in the transformation using a rule.

For the checks, use rule type Formula or Routine.

Dependencies

The name of a check may only occur once within an inspection plan.

A check that is created with the same name in more than one inspection plan should have the same attributes, such as the checking category. If this is not the case, there is a warning when an inspection plan is checked.
