Definition

This field indicates whether the authorization is assigned to all users or just to a certain user or users.

Use

@5B@: The authorization is assigned to all users in the worklist.

@5D@: The authorization is only assigned to a certain user or users in the worklist.

@TQ@: The authorization/user assignment is assigned to all users in the worklikst after saving.

To assign an authorization to all users in the worklist, select the line in the authorization and choose @TQ@. Save the changes.
