Definition
If this indicator is set, the system uses the texts from the characteristic on which the navigation attribute is based. These are the texts that belong to the meta-object, for example, query headers and so on. They are not the texts belonging to the characteristic values.
If this indicator is set, you do not need to provide any texts for the navigation attribute. The system always takes the texts from the characteristic (even if the text in the characteristic changes). This setting is useful only if the navigation attribute and the characteristic are not used together in an InfoProvider.
If, for example, you use the navigation attribute "material group" in an InfoProvider together with the characteristic "material group", the system is not able to use the text to differentiate between the two fields in the query definition and when it executes the query. In cases like this, you must not set the indicator.
