Definition
This module is called in BW when a user wants to create transfer rules for a DataSource. Here the module can make proposals for an InfoSource and for InfoObject field assignments.
Use
There is a read mode and a write mode. In the write mode, the module can write to the database; in read mode it cannot.
The module has to be delivered in BW. This means there is no template in the function group RSAX (Service API).
Examples of this type of module can be found in the function group RS_DATASOURCE_PROPOSAL in the BW system.
