Documentation
Definition
When defining an InfoObject, you can define a reference to a source object. You determine the name of the source object using this field.
Use
Enter the complete, qualified object name or object path here.
For a business object node field, the object name is structured as follows:
<Version of Software Component>|<Namespace>|<BusinessObject>|<BusinessObjectNode>|<FieldName>
Each component of the path can have its own namespace, for example <Namespace>|<BusinessObjectNode>. This may particularly be the case for dependent objects or extensions.
Dependencies
Example
The business object SalesOrder has a node header and has the namespace http://sales.sap.com. The created InfoObject relates to the field Tax. The business object is in the software component version SALES.
The name of the source object is: SALES|http://sales.sap.com|SalesOrder|Header|Tax
