Definition
Determines the expected space required for a table of active records (and the change log) of the DataStore object on the database.
You can choose category 0 to 4 for this table. Each category is assigned a certain fixed amount of memory space on the database. When creating a table, an initial space is reserved for it on the database; if the table requires more space later on due to data entered, then the memory requirement of the category chosen here is added.
Press F4 on the field size category to see the number of data records that can be maintained for your table with the individual categories without complications arising (for example, for required reorganization because the maximum space for reservation of the maintained size category for the table was exceeded).
