Definition
This value specifies the error tolerance in the change run.
In the change run, the aggregates are adjusted before the master data and hierarchies are activated. Terminations can sometimes occur when specific aggregates are being adjusted. One possible cause, for example, is a very high system load due to additional parallel processes, with the result that the system cannot allocate the required memory.
If, for those aggregates that need to be processed, the proportion of aggregates in which the error occurs is less than the specified threshold value, the aggregates for which processing errors occurred are deactivated.
If the proportion is greater than the specified threshold value, the change run terminates without deactivating the aggregates for which processing errors occurred.
Note that if the threshold value is 0, the change run terminates as soon as an error occurs.
Use
Set this parameter if successfully activating the master data and hierarchies has a high priority and you can accept that some aggregates are no longer active after the change run. Note that not all aggregates are deactivated when a systematic error occurs. This can occur, for example, if the configured temporary table space is not sufficient.
Dependencies
Using an additional parameter, you can also specify that deactivated aggregates are to be rebuilt automatically after the change run (parameter "Fill Deactivated Aggregates After Change Run").
