Use
Specify which tables and views are to be made available for the generation of DataSources to extract data from databases.
Dependencies
The entry field for the selection of tables and views allows upper and lower case characters. Note that the table or view names you want to use to extract data from the database must not contain any lower case or special characters.
A DataSource name is restricted to 30 characters in the BW. For this reason, the technical name of the database table or -view must not be longer than 26 characters. Note that tables or views having a longer technical name cannot be extracted.
