Definition

Users are able to change the processing status of a request at their own discretion. For this reason, it is possible that a 'Green' request, that was loaded successfully, has actually written incorrect data to a data target because of transformation errors and should have the status 'With Errors'. So that you can trace changes to the data resulting from entries made by users, the request has an additional user-defined processing status. This remains the same as the technical status until the user changes it. While an activity is being performed, this user-defined status is 'Yellow' and cannot be changed. You can set a data transfer process in such a way that it automatically changes the user-defined status to 'Green' when the technical status of requests that come from the DTP is green.
