This indicator is set for a delta request if no other delta request of the corresponding data transfer process (DTP) was yet successfully updated in the target.

Example
The indicator is evaluated by the DataStore object extractor, for example. The first delta request can read the data either from the active data or from the change log of the DataStore object. You can set this in the DTP maintenance with a corresponding indicator on the Extraction tab page.
