Definition
A score point is a value that reflects the supplier delivery performance with respect to a certain metric.
Use
A score point can be used in two ways:
- If a metric is intended to have the positive contribution to the overall rating, assign a positive number or 0.
- If a metric is used in a sense of penalty, specify a negative number as the score reduction.
