Definition

This characteristic is the first field of the transaction key. The transaction key identifies a transaction uniquely.

Use

Specification of the transaction key is required so that the affinity analysis recognizes which items appear together in a transaction.

Dependencies

One to three characteristics are allowed for the transaction key.

All characteristics of the transaction key must be contained in the TLOG cube.

Compound InfoObjects are also allowed. The characteristics compounded to the specified InfoObject in each case are automatically taken into account.

Navigation attributes are not allowed as transaction key fields.

Example

If you use the SAP POS Data Warehouse Management, the transaction key consists of the characteristics 0CALDAY, 0PLANT and 0RPA_TIX.
