Documentation
Definition
When sorting objects, you can either keep the structure of the folders (e.g. InfoAreas) or sort the folders by description or technical name.
If this checkbox is selected, the prespecified, user-defined folder structure is retained. The folders are not sorted by description or technical name.
If this checkbox is not selected, the folders are sorted on each folder level by description or technical name.
Note the following when sorting your tree of favorites:
If this checkbox is selected, the user-defined object sequence is retained.
If this checkbox is not selected, all objects are sorted by description or technical name.
Use
Dependencies
Using a radio button, you can decide whether the objects of a folder (and the folders themselves, if required) are sorted by description or by technical name.
Note
The settings for sort behavior are saved for each user per tree. This means that the setings are kept when the tree is rebuilt.
