Use

Basic Statistics shows for every selected field a frequency table of the field values. Only the most frequent values will be displayed. Here you can specify how many of the most frequent values shall be shown.

Activities

Set an integer greater than zero.

Example

The field color contains the values red, blue, yellow, green and black. Red occurs in 300 records, blue in 400, yellow in 200, green in 80 and black in 20. If you specify 3 as the number of the most frequent values which shall be displayed, then the frequency table contains the entries blue with 400 records, red with 300, yellow with 200 and Other Values with 100 records.
