Definition
Analysis processes are displayed in a hierarchy in Analysis Process Designer. The structure nodes in this hierarchy are either applications (SAP) or folders (customer-specific).
- The application defines which data sources, transformations or data targets are offered in the toolbar.
- Authorizations for maintenance/display/execution of analysis processes can be assigned separately according by application or folder.
Use
To structure analysis processes, you can create your own folders. For more flexible definition of the authorization check for analysis processes, you can flag individual folders are relevant for authorizations (see the "Authorization by Parent Level" flag),
