Definition

When using the InfoObject 0SOURSYSTEM, this indicator specifies

1. whether the InfoObject is filled only by the InfoObject conversion routine (indicator not set) or
2. whether the InfoObject needs to be filled by the file (indicator is set).

If the indicator is not set, then the InfoObject is exclusively filled by the InfoObject conversion routine:

The InfoObject 0SOURSYSTEM is not included in the field NODENAME in the file and is exclusively filled by the conversion routine.

If the indicator is set, then the InfoObject is filled by the file:

0SOURSYSTEM is then treated as if it were normally compounded for the hierarchy basic characteristic. Two character spaces for the field NODENAME are accordingly reserved in the file for the source system ID. If both of these spaces are initial, then the InfoObject is filled by the conversion routine. Otherwise, these two spaces are filled by the content.
