Definition

An ABC analysis entails all the settings that are needed for the classification of objects on the basis of a key figure. These settings are as follows:

• The technical name and description of the ABC analysis
• The key figure to be used as the basis for the classification
• The BW query or view for determining the key figure
• The master data InfoObject to be classified
• The attribute of this master data InfoObject that is to be filled with the result of the classification
• The mapping between master data objects and query objects
• The threshold values for the classification
