You can configure the monitor overview tree yourself. To do this, choose @JG@ Configure tree. You use the @4G@ New selections pushbutton to specify new selection conditions. Clicking on @42@ Everything reconstructs the whole display. @42@ Detail reconstructs only the detail screen.

The following icons are used in the different levels:

  • @5B@ Status:

    @08@ Request loaded successfully.

    @09@ Request is still running, or ended with a warning

    @0A@ Request has errors, or has timed out

    In this level, the number of requests corresponding to each status is also displayed.

  • @1U@ Date:

    Date of the data request

  • @1T@ Time:

    The requests in this level are grouped by whole hours.

    Example: All the requests that were made between 3 o'clock and 4 o'clock are listed under 03:xx.

  • @6E@ InfoSource:

    @71@ InfoSource (transaction data)

    @PO@DataStore object (transaction data)

    @6H@ InfoCube (transaction data)

    @6V@ InfoObject (master data)

    @6X@ InfoObject (texts)

    @6Z@ InfoObject (hierarchies)

  • @PF@ data target:

    @6H@ InfoCube

    @PO@ DataStore Object

    @AC@ InfoObject or PSA Table or IDoc

  • @9N@ InfoPackage:

    In this function, the text of the InfoPackage at the time it was loaded is displayed. The InfoPackage may have been renamed since then.

  • @6J@Source system:

    @M1@ Own BW system

    @6K@ SAP source system

    @GH@ BW Data Mart system

    @6M@External system (PC file from workstation or file from application server)

    @6L@ External system with data/metadata transfer using BAPIs

    @6J@ Unknown system type

  • @A0@ User:

    The person who requested the data.

  • @9Y@ Request:

    In addition to the time that the request was made, the request also has the following text: In this case: Y records have been extracted from the source system, and x have arrived in BW. If these two values do not agree, the request is marked yellow. This changes to red when the maximum waiting time is exceded.

    The request is marked in gray if it has been investigated already by an administrator. You can change this status in the context menu.

    @5B@ Request loaded successfully

    @9B@ Request has been loaded successfully, but requires processing manually. Example: The request has been updated in the PSA, and now needs to be updated manually in the data target.

    @5D@ Request is still running, or terminated with warnings

    @5C@ Request contains errors, or timed out.
