If you choose 'No currency translation', then the source unit is moved directly into the target unit even if they differ from each other.
If you choose 'Currency translation', the a currency translation is carried out. If the target unit is fixed and the source unit (fixed or variable) differs from the target unit, you MUST carry out a currency translation.
