By specifying a "reusable object for Web template properties", you can make standard settings for all Web templates. These include settings for the context menu, for the variables dialog box, and so on for Web templates.
You are able to save the object in the Web Application Designer as reusable Web template properties.
Settings that are made directly in the Web template override the standard settings.
