Use
If this indicator is flagged, you can assign facsimiles to the applicant on initial entry of basic data.
The dialog for assigning facsimiles begins as soon as you save the data entered on the fast entry screen.
Please note the following:
When using early entry the indicator is flagged and cannot be changed.
With late entry you can choose whether the applicant is to be assigned facsimiles during initial entry of basic data.
Procedure
Early entry:
1) The indicator is flagged.
2) Fill in all required fields on the screen.
3) Save data. After data has been saved, the corresponding facsimile is assigned.
Late entry:
1) Flag the indicator if you want to assign facsimiles to the applicant during initial entry of basic data.
2) Fill in all required fields on the screen.
3) Save data. After data has been saved, the system proposes dialog steps which you can use to assign various facsimiles to the applicant.
