Definition
The Retroactive Accounting indicator is used for annual accounting (cf.
routine indicator "1"). In conjunction with the Contribution indicator
in infotype 0110 this information determines whether contributions are
calculated.

Explanation:
* Contributions are calculated if:
the employee's age is equal to or greater than the minimum
contribution age, and at least one of the following requirements are
met:
a. The employee is participating for the first time,
b. The employee is joining the company,
c. It is the first payroll period of the year.
Note: If only the age requirement is met (but not a, b or c), then
the contributions already calculated, if any, are transferred
unchanged.
