Definition

If an accounting document is reversed using the accounting interface, the sending application transfers a unique reference key for the FI reversal document.

The reference key for the reversal document can only be displayed in the posting journal if all the recipients of the accounting interface (general ledger, controlling, and special ledger, for example) manage line items. Updates from Treasury and Risk Management to a special ledger meet this precondition, as in this case only the special ledger to which the item is posted is updated. Here, the management of line items is essential.
