A contact employee is a person employed by the company who is known to the applicant and to whom he/she refers in the application.
The contact employee is usually known to the applicant through placements done within the company, trade fairs in which the company has taken part and the like. However, it may also be the case that the contact employee and applicant know each other from outside the company.
