Documentation
Definition
This field is no longer valid as a result of legal changes arising from the Labor Law Amendment Act of 2000 (ARÄG 2000). As of January 01, 2001, the statutory health insurance agency no longer has to reimburse the employer for an employee's continued remuneration.
Instead, the statutory health insurance agency must reimburse the continued remuneration of an employee (who is insured with a statutory health insurance agency) in accordance with the federal law (EFZG, BAG).
This reimbursability is recorded in the Reimbursement field.
The following applies:
- 'X' Reimbursability by the social insurance agency
- Otherwise: No reimbursability
Dependencies
The report RPCEFZA1 (Reimbursement Request Acc. to §8 of the Continued Pay Act (EFZG)) evaluates this indicator.
For the reimbursement itself, it is also important to know the employee group to which the employee belongs (workers, salaried employees, apprentices, and so on).
