Definition

Contains a four-digit code that represents a reason for a restriction. A reason identifies the motive, or grounds, for a particular restriction.

Use

In create mode, use this field to identify a reason for a restriction. To do so either:

• Enter the appropriate four-digit code
• Request a list of reasons and make a selection

In change mode, enter a different code by typing over the existing one, or requesting a list using the methods outlined above.
