Definition

Indicator for pension recipients or pension claimants and their pension type.

Use

This field is used to document the pension status. It is not saved in DEUEV notifications, but is used in some evaluations.

Legend of values:

  • EM - Reduction in earning capacity

    In case of retroactive approval of pension due to full or partial reduction in earning capacity. Set this indicator (retroactively) from the start date of the period for which the pension is paid.

    This indicator influences the valuation of absences in payroll accounting.

    Social benefits already paid by a statutory or private health insurance fund are not reclaimed. Therefore, an absence outside of the continued pay period must be treated as if entitlement to this social benefit were still valid.

    Accordingly, if this indicator is set, the reduced HI contribution from infotype Social Insurance (0013) is not taken into account for the absence valuation with regard to SI days calculation or DEUEV.

  • AV - Full retirement pension

    The employee receives a full old-age pension from the statutory pension insurance organization.
