Definition

This field is a Relief indicator.

' ': Employee always participates in group
'X': Employee's participation in group is an exception

The system queries this indicator for all employees in the group when you enter time tickets: the tickets are usually entered separately for each employee in the group. If you record time tickets on a List screen for several persons and enter '*' in the Personnel number field, however, the system generates a time ticket for each employee in the group. Employees who do not work with the group on a regular basis are ignored. It is of course possible to record time tickets separately for these employees, or to delete selective time tickets.
