Definition
The posting date is the date on which the time ticket was entered. If no date is entered, the first day of the period specified on the initial screen is taken.
Fast entry (list) screens have the two-character field BUTAG, full screens the complete date field BUDAT. Corresponding modules fill in the field which is not filled by the user as follows: BUDAT = T549Q-BEGDA + BUTAG - 1.
