Mode indicator of interest rate used to calculate interests of employee's welfare benefits that have been cumulated in a company account.

Example

Possible values are:

1: Interest rate corresponding to the average active and passive rates of the six main banks in the country. Choose this value if the employee decides to keep his benefits in a company account.

2: Average of the active and passive rates of the six main banks in the country. Choose this rate if the employee decides to keep his benefits in an external financial company but the contractor decides to keep them in a company account.
