This indicator displays the way in which the health insurer carries out the CI contribution calculation for persons voluntarily health insured at a reduced rate.
F = it is calculated according to fixed values
P = it is calculated according to percentage rates
(Percentage rate times assessment threshold)
S = it is calculated according to step amounts
B = it is calculated according to percentage rates
(Percentage rate times gross assessment amount)
Only one entry should occur if the fund is marked as Employee health insurance fund.
