In this field you enter the total employer vested matching contributions your organization and previous employers made to the employee's 403(b) savings plan Before the First Payroll Year (BFY), meaning "up to the end of the calendar year before the first SAP payroll was run for this emploee" .
For example, if the first SAP payroll for this employee is run on February 1, 1999, then you would enter the total amount of employer matching funds contributed (by your organization and previous employers) to the employee's 403(b) savings plan up to December 31, 1998.
