Definition
Enter the rental subsidy threshold percent for an employee at the single rate. The International Civil Service Commission (ICSC) sets the threshold percent for a duty station. If the employee is unmarried or employee's dependents are not recognized as eligible dependents by the organization, then the threshold amount is considered at the single rate.
